F\u00e9lix Hern\u00e1n Jim\u00e9nez<\/strong>, Presidente del Instituto Nacional de Cooperativismo como tambi\u00e9n se conto con la presencia del Miembro del Consejo Directivo del INCOOP Abg. Nilton Maidana, donde se dio realce a objetivo de establecer una relaci\u00f3n mutua interinstitucional, tendientes al desarrollo de programas y proyectos, referentes al empleo juvenil y de las personas con capacidades diferentes, en el convenio firmado entre el Ministerio de Trabajo, empleo y seguridad Social, el cu\u00e1l fue representado por la Sra. Ministra Dra.
