{"id":4127,"date":"2013-11-27T10:04:58","date_gmt":"2013-11-27T14:04:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.incoop.gov.py\/v1\/?p=4127"},"modified":"2013-11-27T10:04:58","modified_gmt":"2013-11-27T14:04:58","slug":"incoop-presenta-marco-regulatorio-para-cooperativas-del-sector-de-ahorro-y-credito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.incoop.gov.py\/?p=4127","title":{"rendered":"INCOOP PRESENTA MARCO REGULATORIO PARA COOPERATIVAS DEL SECTOR DE AHORRO Y CR\u00c9DITO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-4137\" style=\"margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 30px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.incoop.gov.py\/v1\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/wdwqdwqd.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" height=\"332\" \/>El Instituto Nacional de Cooperativismo (INCOOP), ha emitido la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 11.102\/13 \u201cPOR LA CUAL SE APRUEBA EL MARCO REGULATORIO PARA LAS COOPERATIVAS DE AHORRO Y CR\u00c9DITO\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Marco Regulatorio es producto de uno de los componentes del<strong> <\/strong>Contrato de Pr\u00e9stamo N\u00b0 1818\/OC \u2013 PR PROGRAMA DE FORTALECIMIENTO INSTITUCIONAL,<strong> <\/strong>suscrito entre el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID), el Ministerio de Hacienda (MH) \u00a0y el Instituto Nacional de Cooperativismo (INCOOP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Presidente record\u00f3 que los componentes desarrollados a trav\u00e9s del Proyecto mencionado son: el dise\u00f1o de un nuevo marco general de regulaci\u00f3n para el sector cooperativo, modelos de supervisi\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n auxiliar, fondo de garant\u00eda y estabilizaci\u00f3n, apoyo tecnol\u00f3gico y administrativo y un sistema de estad\u00edsticas y difusi\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 el titular del INCOOP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ese sentido la World Council Of Credits, Inc. (WOCCU), fue contratada para la ejecuci\u00f3n del componente \u201cdise\u00f1o de un nuevo Marco General de Regulaci\u00f3n y Supervisi\u00f3n para el Sector Cooperativo Paraguayo\u201d, que luego de varios an\u00e1lisis a nivel interno y externo (Confederaci\u00f3n, Centrales, Federaciones y Cooperativas Tipos A, B y C), el Consejo Directivo del INCOOP aprob\u00f3 el Marco Regulatorio, resalt\u00f3 Galeano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El acto cont\u00f3 con la presencia de los miembros del Consejo del INCOOP, Directores, funcionarios y destacados exponentes del cooperativismo nacional del sector ahorro y cr\u00e9dito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Prensa\/INCOOP.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto Nacional de Cooperativismo (INCOOP), ha emitido la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 11.102\/13 \u201cPOR LA CUAL SE APRUEBA EL MARCO REGULATORIO PARA LAS COOPERATIVAS DE AHORRO Y CR\u00c9DITO\u201d.
