Esta alianza estrat\u00e9gica se consolid\u00f3 con el objetivo de fortalecer las competencias del personal, promoviendo un entorno de trabajo saludable, eficiente y con altos est\u00e1ndares de integridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa formativo se desarroll\u00f3 de manera integral en modalidad 100% online y estuvo compuesto por tres m\u00f3dulos clave para el desarrollo profesional y humano:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00c9tica Profesional<\/strong>: Centrado en el fortalecimiento de los valores esenciales de la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y la transparencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Burnout (Evitando el agotamiento laboral)<\/strong>: Enfocado en brindar herramientas pr\u00e1cticas para la gesti\u00f3n del estr\u00e9s y el cuidado de la salud mental de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Estrategias para enfrentar el acoso laboral<\/strong>: Orientado a la prevenci\u00f3n de conductas de hostigamiento y a la construcci\u00f3n de un clima de respeto mutuo dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con la culminaci\u00f3n de estos cursos, el INCOOP ratifica su compromiso con la formaci\u00f3n constante, la salud laboral y el comportamiento \u00e9tico de sus recursos humanos, fundamentales para garantizar un servicio de excelencia y un control riguroso del sector cooperativo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Instituto Nacional de Cooperativismo &#8211; INCOOP y la Fundaci\u00f3n Buen Gobierno culminaron con \u00e9xito un ciclo de capacitaci\u00f3n virtual\u00a0 dirigido a los funcionarios de la instituci\u00f3n reguladora.
