Carlos Romero Roa, particip\u00f3 en la sesi\u00f3n del Sistema Integrado de Gesti\u00f3n para el Desarrollo Agropecuario y Rural (SIGEST), liderada por el Ministro de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda, Dr. Carlos Gim\u00e9nez. El encuentro reuni\u00f3 a autoridades del sector agrario y rural para definir pol\u00edticas estrat\u00e9gicas de desarrollo productivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el encuentro se revisaron los planes de asistencia t\u00e9cnica para la agricultura familiar rural y se coordinaron las estrategias vigentes dirigidas a mitigar los impactos clim\u00e1ticos imprevistos en la producci\u00f3n. La presencia del INCOOP resulta clave dentro de esta mesa debido al rol transversal que representan las cooperativas de producci\u00f3n en la inclusi\u00f3n financiera de las familias rurales y el desarrollo del motor agrario del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La plenaria del SIGEST cont\u00f3 adem\u00e1s con la participaci\u00f3n activa de los presidentes y representantes t\u00e9cnicos de las entidades que componen el sistema agroalimentario estatal, tales como el IPTA, SENAVE, SENACSA, INDERT, INFONA, BNF, AFD y el CAH.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente del INCOOP, Ing.
