Carlos Romero Roa, particip\u00f3 \u00a0activamente en la sesi\u00f3n oficial del Comit\u00e9 Nacional de Inclusi\u00f3n Financiera (CNIF), un espacio interinstitucional clave coordinado por el Ministerio de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas e integrado por el Banco Central del Paraguay y el Instituto Nacional de Cooperativismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La reuni\u00f3n tuvo como eje central la aprobaci\u00f3n formal de la nueva hoja de ruta estrat\u00e9gica nacional orientada a expandir el acceso universal a servicios financieros seguros y eficientes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El \u00a0presidente del INCOOP destac\u00f3 el rol del \u00a0sector cooperativo actuando como el principal motor de promoci\u00f3n, inclusi\u00f3n y formalizaci\u00f3n para microemprendedores y comunidades rurales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el encuentro de las m\u00e1ximas autoridades reguladoras, qued\u00f3 validada la Estrategia Nacional de Inclusi\u00f3n Financiera (ENIF) 2026\u20132031.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este plan estrat\u00e9gico busca profundizar la modernizaci\u00f3n del sistema de pagos, optimizar las herramientas de protecci\u00f3n al consumidor y expandir programas de educaci\u00f3n financiera formal en todo el territorio paraguayo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El titular del INCOOP Ing.
