Pedro L\u00f6blein, Presidente del Instituto Nacional de Cooperativismo y Coordinador Nacional de la RECM, particip\u00f3 de dicha plenaria mediante el Sistema de Videoconferencia a trav\u00e9s de la Plataforma ZOOM.
